the staff was friendly and helpful. my room included a comfortable bed and a clean, renovated bathroom. the location was convenient, only a short walk from termini station (perfect for early morning departures). i appreciated the efficient air conditioning .
the breakfast room felt a bit small when crowded.

Decent Stay with Noticeable Issues
inadequate soundproofingdisruptive cleaning
The soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from the corridor as if the people were inside my room. Early morning cleaning was disruptive. I found it difficult to rest properly because of the constant disturbance. I expect better sound insulation from a hotel.
